Co-Founder & Advisory Board
Founder and strategist. Previously at Roland Berger and home24; joined the management board of green-electricity pioneer LichtBlick in 2019 and was appointed CEO in 2022. CEO of battery manufacturer CMBlu Energy AG since April 2024.
Managing Director
More than ten years of experience in investment and project development (renewables, real estate). Focus: identifying, structuring and realising sustainable projects.
Head of Operations & Finance
M.Sc. Entrepreneurship & Finance (Cass Business School, London). Experienced operations manager and growth strategist; led growth and digitalisation units in energy, project development and start-ups across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Head of Project Development
Architect (TU Berlin), lecturer in project development (Northern Business School). Focus on land-use planning and planning law for renewables, BESS and building construction; interface management between authorities, planners and investors.
Head of Grid & Engineering
Graduate engineer in surveying and geoinformatics. More than 20 years of experience in GIS-based site analysis and technical planning for grid integration of PV and battery storage projects; grid capacity assessment and coordination with grid operators.
Head of Acquisition
B.A. Management (ISM). Builds and leads acquisition teams; develops acquisition processes and client relations for a lasting network of customers and partners.
Controlling & Asset Management
Fully qualified lawyer. Long-standing experience in controlling and commercial asset management; expertise from project development and fund management; supports projects and assets across their entire life cycle.
Acquisition & IT
Brings technical expertise from his engineering bachelor's studies at Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), focusing on renewable energy technology.
